Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from George & Sally's. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at general@georgeandsallys.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and personalised products.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
